Rivers of Emotion
Through verdant valleys and over whispering hills,
Flow the rivers of emotion, in endless, crystal rills.
They carry the heart's deepest desires and fears,
Through the seasons of life, through the passage of years.
From the spring of joy, where laughter bubbles and springs,
To the somber depths where sorrow softly sings.
Each drop a memory, each wave a tale to tell,
Of moments bathed in heaven, or steeped in the depths of hell.
Through the gorges of anger, where the rapids rage and roar,
To the calm, tranquil waters of love's gentle shore.
Here, amidst the ebb and flow of life's relentless tide,
We find ourselves, we lose ourselves, we choose to abide.
For in the rivers of emotion, we see life's reflection,
A mirror to our souls, in its tumultuous perfection.
So let us navigate these waters with courage and with grace,
Embracing every current, every challenge we may face.
And when the river merges with the vast, eternal sea,
May we find peace in knowing, this journey was meant to be.
For in the waters of emotion, we're endlessly reborn,
Anew with each dawn, like the fresh, dew-kissed morn.
