Reflections from the River of Time

Upon the river of time we gently float,

Through autumn's embrace, on a whispering boat.

The leaves, they dance in a golden hue,

Reflecting life's cycle, both old and new.

The waters, they mirror the changing skies,

As moments like currents swiftly rise.

With each paddle stroke, the past fades away,

Yet in our hearts, its essence will stay.

Seasons shift in a silent ballet,

Summer's warmth to autumn's decay.

Winter whispers, its breath chill and clear,

Spring's rebirth then draws near.

Through the river of time, our reflections sail,

On journeys through sun, through storm, and through hail.

Embraced by the cycle of fall's gentle hand,

Together we wander, together we stand.

As the river flows to the unknowable sea,

We find in its depths our own tapestry.

Woven with threads of joy and of strife,

On the loom of the universe, the fabric of life.
